Saffron is a wholesale bakery in North Charleston, SC, baking for Lowcountry kitchens since 1986. Today more than 100 restaurants, cafés, hotels, grocers and caterers start their day with our bread, pastry and desserts. Everything is made fresh by hand in our bakery and goes out on our own trucks the next morning.
