Kebab and Cake, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company doing business as Saffron (“we,” “us” or “our”), runs a wholesale bakery for restaurants, cafés, hotels, caterers, grocers and other businesses from 3348 Business Circle, North Charleston, SC 29418.

This policy covers saffronbakes.com. If you have a wholesale account, our ordering portal, text messages, invoicing and deliveries are covered by the wholesale portal privacy policy.

• What you tell us in a form: business name, your name, phone number, email address, type of business, ZIP code, the products you are interested in and any notes you add.
• Files you choose to upload: for example, your current order guide.
• How you found us: the page you arrived on, the website that sent you, and the campaign, QR code or ad you came from (for example, a code on one of our delivery trucks).
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and timestamps, collected automatically when you visit.

We do not collect payment details on this website.

• To call or email you back, arrange samples and prepare a quote.
• To check whether we deliver to your area and whether you already buy from us.
• To learn which ads, QR codes and campaigns bring us new customers.
• To improve this website and keep it secure, including blocking spam.
• To meet legal obligations.

When you send us a form, we will contact you by phone or email about your request, and we send an email confirming we received it. We may follow up about opening a wholesale account. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to our email, unsubscribing, or telling us on the phone.

This website does not sign you up for text messages, and we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Wholesale customers can choose order and delivery texts when they open an account; those are described in the portal policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services, who are contractually prohibited from using that information for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent or license your phone number, and we do not give it to data brokers, lead generators or list buyers.

If you upload an order guide, it is stored privately and used only by our team to prepare your quote. We never share it with other customers or other businesses.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who do work for us, and only for that work:

• Website hosting and software providers that run this site and our customer database.
• Email providers that deliver our replies.
• Google, for website analytics and to measure our advertising (see section 9).
• Accountants, auditors and professional advisers.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, staff or the public. If our business is sold or merged, records may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy will continue to apply to them.

We keep enquiries and uploaded files for as long as we have a business reason to, such as following up on your request or serving your account if you become a customer. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work and to remember how you arrived (for example, which QR code or ad you used). We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries. Google may set its own cookies to do this.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and control ad personalization in your Google ad settings.

We use encryption in transit, private file storage and role-based access, so staff see only what their job requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it. We will tell you if the law requires us to keep any of it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you.

Contact us using the details in section 14. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor them where they apply to us.

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. See also our terms.
