This website is run by Kebab and Cake, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company doing business as Saffron (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using saffronbakes.com, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

This website describes our products and services. Product ranges, photos and descriptions are a guide and may change. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a particular price. Prices, availability and delivery are confirmed only when we set up your account or confirm an order.

We sell only to businesses. Sending us a form does not open an account or guarantee that we can supply you. Wholesale accounts, orders, delivery, payment, credits and text-message notifications are governed by our wholesale terms and conditions, which you accept when you open an account.

When you send us a form or upload a file, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to act for the business named, and that you have the right to share any file you upload (such as your current order guide). We use it only as described in our privacy policy.

From time to time we make offers to new wholesale customers, such as a free first week or account credit. Unless the offer says otherwise:

• Offers are for businesses that do not already have a Saffron wholesale account, are in our delivery area and meet our minimum order size.
• One offer per business location. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so.
• A free first week covers your standing order deliveries for the first week, as agreed with your sales rep before the first delivery.
• Account credit (for example, 5% back for 3 months) is applied to future invoices while your account is in good standing. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• After an introductory period, accounts may qualify for our volume-based program. Eligibility and rates are set by us, may change, and are explained by your sales rep.
• Offers for existing customers, such as a first week free on a new product category, follow the same rules for that category.
• We may change or end an offer at any time. We will honor any offer we have already confirmed to you in writing.

Please do not interfere with the website, try to access systems or data that are not yours, send spam or automated submissions, or copy content in bulk. We may block access where we believe this has happened.

The text, photos, logos and design of this website belong to us or are licensed to us. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not reuse our content or branding without our written permission.

This website links to other sites, including our ordering portal and map services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we do not run.

This website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always online. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
